Custom print your own patterns/designs on our premium knotted headband kits

Use your own pattern/design to make DIY Knotted Headband Kits. These DIY headband kits are easy to assemble and come with the pieces you need to make your own knotted headbands. These kits include a custom printed and sewn fabric strip and a coordinating soft, velvet headband and are sold in packs of 10 or 20 per design.  

How to Order:

Step 1- Select your desired quantity. *Minimum required quantity of 10 headband kits per custom pattern/design.

Step 2- Choose your fabric type for the printed piece: polyester (most popular), ribbed or velvet

Step 3- Choose the base headband color you want: white, black, caramel brown or PIPS Pick (we will pick the best match for you)

Step 4- Choose your desired pattern scaling. First, find the largest element in your pattern and enter the name of that element in the provided field. Next, enter the size you would like that element to be printed on your headbands in the provided field. Express your measurement in inches (i.e. .25” .5” .75” etc). *See product pictures for our sizing recommendations.

Step 5- Affirm you have the legal rights to your uploaded pattern/image. Select the appropriate checkbox and you can then add the item to your cart. *For more information regarding copyright use, please click here.

Step 6- Choose if you would like to purchase a mock-up of your headband. This emailed proof may be useful if you are unsure of your scaling, and you want to see how the bow looks before it goes to production. We allow one scaling change after receiving your mock-up if you choose to purchase this option. 

Step 7- Upload your desired pattern. Make sure your pattern is a high resolution (at least 300 dpi) png or eps file when uploading. Seamless patterns work best for custom printing. *We are not responsible for low resolution files that are uploaded and subsequently printed. Maximum file size 40mb

IMPORTANT INFO:

• All of the custom headband kits above come as a printed, flat fabric strip and a base headband and will need to be assembled by the purchaser into a finished knotted headband.

• Please note that the pattern is printed on top of the stitched edge.

• There might be a slight color variation due to the fabric content and color variations in screens/monitors.

• Once your order is placed, the order cannot be changed, altered, cancelled or returned.

• Average production time for custom printing is 5-8 business days after the order is placed. For more information, please click here.

• You may ONLY upload patterns/designs that you have personally created OR own a license to use. See here for our Custom Printing Agreement.

• Discount/Reward Codes cannot be used on this item when selecting the mock-up option.

• These are hand sewn so there may be minor variations in sizing.

US Shipping:

• Standard Shipping - FREE domestic shipping when you spend $50.00+ While we do our best to ship orders as soon as possible, TAT is approximately 1 - 8 business days. This turnaround time fluctuates based on our current volume of orders and does not include time for shipping.

International Shipping:

We do ship everywhere, but are not responsible for any additional fees or custom fees that may occur. International shipping is calculated by weight. 

Can I combine my orders after I purchase?

If you purchase multiple orders, we can not refund shipping charges for combined orders. To avoid paying domestic shipping, you can purchase an order $50 and up and receive FREE shipping.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Shipping is calculated by weight so shipping costs are normally not affected. Please email us if you have any questions! We are always happy to help!

Ship with subscription button in cart page:

If you are a current subscriber to the Jewel Box Subscription, you will have an option to ship your order with your subscription to receive free shipping on that order. Please note: if placing your order after the 19th of the month, it will ship with the following months subscription. Placing your order on the 19th of the month will still allow your order to be shipped with the current month's subscription.

To avoid delays, you must ensure your name and address used for checkout exactly matches your subscription address. Orders with addresses that do not exactly match will be prioritized last as it takes more time to ensure the order is combined with the correct subscription.

If you are checking out with any subscription product in your cart and you include other items in the order, those items will ship with the new subscription by default. Please separate the order if you would like the items shipped separately.

If you are checking out with any pre-order items in your cart and you select ship with subscription, the order will ship with the subscription that occurs after the pre-order items are ready for shipment. For example, if you place a pre-order between Jan 1 - Jan 25th it will ship with the February subscription. If you place the order between Jan 26th - 31st it will ship with the March subscription.

Returns & Exchanges:

Sorry, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under ANY circumstance. If it was our error or you have question about your order, please contact us through our contact form or you can email us at hello@jewelboxsupply.com and we will make it right.

We will not be held responsible for any packages that have been damaged during shipping, lost during shipping, or stolen. We would personally love to hand deliver each and every package to assure its safety, but once it leaves our hands it is completely out of our control.
