Custom Printed Faux Leather in 3 easy steps!

Our vertical option will keep your pattern as uploaded. The top of the pattern will be along the 8" side of the sheet and the 48" side of each of the larger options.

Our horizontal option will have your pattern be rotated 90 degrees. The top of the pattern will be along the 11" side of the the sheet, 8" side of the roll, 11" side of the large roll, and 36" side of the yard.


  • Step 1: Upload the tileable/seamless design of your choice. 
    • Tileable/Seamless means the design must be able to repeat with no seams. If you are not sure if the tile repeats with no seams, preview the pattern using our Preview Pattern Tool
  • Step 2:  Select your preferred scale by using our Preview Pattern Tool
    • Our unique tool lets you preview the scale. Every pattern is different so make sure to use this tool to choose the exact scale you prefer us to print.
  • Step 3: Agree to Terms:
    • Verify that you have the rights to use the design you are uploading.
      • Rights to use means that you have paid for the correct licenses for personal or business use. We will not be help liable for any design you upload and choose to have us print.
    • Verify the design you are using does not infringe on copyrights or trademarks.
      •  Even designs you have purchased may infringe on copyrights or trade marks. We will not be help liable for any design you upload and choose to have us print.


Shipping Policies:

US Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping - FREE domestic shipping when you spend $50.00+ While we do our best to ship orders as soon as possible, TAT is approximately 1 - 8 business days. This turnaround time fluctuates based on our current volume of orders and does not include time for shipping.

International Shipping:

We do ship everywhere, but are not responsible for any additional fees or custom fees that may occur. International shipping is calculated by weight. 


    Can I combine my orders after I purchase?

    If you purchase multiple orders, we can not refund shipping charges for combined orders. To avoid paying domestic shipping, you can purchase an order $50 and up and receive FREE shipping.

    FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Shipping is calculated by weight so shipping costs are normally not affected. Please email us if you have any questions! We are always happy to help!

    Ship with subscription button in cart page:

    If you are a current subscriber to the Jewel Box Subscription, you will have an option to ship your order with your subscription to receive free shipping on that order. Please note: if placing your order after the 19th of the month, it will ship with the following months subscription. Placing your order on the 19th of the month will still allow your order to be shipped with the current month's subscription.

    To avoid delays, you must ensure your name and address used for checkout exactly matches your subscription address. Orders with addresses that do not exactly match will be prioritized last as it takes more time to ensure the order is combined with the correct subscription.

    If you are checking out with any subscription product in your cart and you include other items in the order, those items will ship with the new subscription by default. Please separate the order if you would like the items shipped separately.

    If you are checking out with any pre-order items in your cart and you select ship with subscription, the order will ship with the subscription that occurs after the pre-order items are ready for shipment. For example, if you place a pre-order between Jan 1 - Jan 25th it will ship with the February subscription. If you place the order between Jan 26th - 31st it will ship with the March subscription.

    Returns & Exchanges:

    Sorry, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under ANY circumstance. If it was our error or you have question about your order, please contact us through our contact form or you can email us at hello@jewelboxsupply.com and we will make it right.

    We will not be held responsible for any packages that have been damaged during shipping, lost during shipping, or stolen. We would personally love to hand deliver each and every package to assure its safety, but once it leaves our hands it is completely out of our control.
